GOOD CHAT. BETTER JOURNEYS.

A friendly driver knows when to talk — and when to leave the passenger in peace.

Good: music

Driver: “Would you prefer some music or a quiet journey?” Passenger: “Quiet, please.” Driver: “Of course.”

Bad: intrusive questions

Avoid: “Are you single? Where exactly do you live? Can I have your number?” Never flirt or ask sexual or personal questions.

Good: differing views

Passenger raises politics or religion. Driver: “I respect that people have different views. Would you like me to put the radio on?”

Bad: arguments

Avoid debating religion, football rivalries or politics with passengers, or making assumptions about someone’s identity.

Good: customer comfort

Passenger: “Could you turn the radio off?” Driver: “Certainly.”

Good: boundaries

If a passenger asks an uncomfortable question: “I’d rather keep our conversation professional, thank you.”

These are written scenarios for a future short video series; no recorded vlog or third-party footage is included.
